Do Mallorca

Although I am now only doing cakes for friends and family.  I shall be using do-mallorca as my blog site and hope to answer and cake decorating questions you may have here.  On cupcakes, wedding cakes or birthday cakes, and if I can help I will.
I shall also be bringing out an IPad and Iphone app which will be available in the Apple Store later this year, so look out for that!
You can still look at the photos to find inspriation for your Wedding, Birthday or Christening cake, as the photos will be there for some time to come yet.

Welcome to my new blog on Do Mallorca, I´ll be posting here on new products, discussing cake making and sharing recipes, and putting the world to rights.

First I want to tell you about my new wedding favours, I,ve done very little in the way of favours so far, but when I spotted these boxes I thought they are something special and something my clients would love.  Some of the boxes have matching cupcake wrappers.
